AUDI Event at Olympic Village

Location: Millennium Water @ Olympic Village

This event had it ALL!!! Fast cars, red carpet, photo wall, finely dressed guests and great food.

Myself and another photographer that I work with thru Vision Event Photography; Jon Benjamin were hired to photograph the Red Carpet photo wall and the rest of the events activities. We tag teamed this event and took turns going up to the penthouse, while making sure to get everyone on the Red Carpet.

There were many of the “Who’s Who” of Vancouver at this event as well as some celebrity guests. We’ll see if you can spot them.

Did I mention that OPUS Hotel was doing the catering. They did a fantastic job. Check out some of their passed food.

I felt like James Bond a couple times during the night…especially when I sat INSIDE the R8 Spyder… What a car!

Photography Tips:
-There were 3 other clients working at this event. Make sure that you keep your eyes open and get some spectacular shots for their records. They always love it when I send them photos and they didn’t even ask me for them.
-Always be well dressed. Photographers are usually the first thing you see on the Red Carpet. If you are in jeans and t-shirt, you will be notice…but not in a good way.
