Photographic Event Documentation

Let Vision Event Photography document your important event. With a proven track record and hundreds of events documented, we guarantee you will not be disappointed!

  • We provide 1 or more photographers to document your event.
  • Since we bill by the hour, no overtime is ever charged.
  • All photos are colour corrected with editing included.
  • All high resolution copies are supplied to you.
  • Optional online private or public photo gallery.

On-Site Studio

Vision Event Photography provides a unique On-Site studio for detail oriented photography.

  • Studio trained photographer with years of experience will capture every important detail.
  • Optional photographer assistants are available for organizational and lighting purposes.
  • Optional Standard or Group based lighting packages and backdrops are available.
  • All photos are color corrected with editing included.
  • All high resolution copies are supplied to you.
  • Optional online private or public photo gallery.

**We now can do Green Screen’s. Put any image in the background and any logos in the foreground.

Portraits

Whether you require individual, couple, or group portrait photography, we will deliver what you
require. Please contact the sales team as portraits all depend on location and the number of subjects.

On-Site Printing

We have portable high resolution printer rentals that are perfect for distributing photos right at
your event!

  • We provide two or more printers to your event
  • Optional printing assistants are available.

Printing and Framing

Vision Event Photography has framing and printing services available upon request.

  • We provide 4×6, 5×7, 8×10, and 8×12 sized prints.
  • Special sized orders are available upon request.
  • Framing is available upon request. We have many types and styles available.
